The contents of the box can be customized but the price may vary according to your choice of cookies. There will be additional packaging fees for shipping cookies NOT packed in gift boxes. These fees will cover the cost of boxes and materials to help prevent breakage and insure freshness. Click here for more information about iced cutout cookies. Orders To place an order by phone please call between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you are ordering special iced cutout cookies you need to place your order at least 48 hours prior to the ship or pickup date. Shipping Policies We do our best to see that cookies to be shipped are packaged to avoid breakage, however we do not guarantee that the cookies will arrive unbroken. Likewise we use UPS or US Mail Priority shipping services which should assure that the package will arrive in 3-5 business days, but there is no guarantee of the time of arrival unless you pay extra for overnight shipping. Shipping charges start at $10.00 and increase according to package size, package weight and destination. |
