 Please place orders 3 business days prior to the ship date and allow 3 to 5 business days from shipment to arrival. If you would like to place an advance order (more than 3 business days prior to the ship date), you may enter the date that you would like for your package to be shipped in the "add special instructions to the seller" area (or the "please list six cookie flavors" area if purchasing a One Dozen Cookies Gift Box) when checking out in PayPal.We ship anywhere in the U.S. or to a military/APO address. Your package will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Be sure to provide an apartment number or P.O. box number if the recipient receives mail at a post office box. Please make sure to enter the address of the recipient in the "shipping address" area when checking out in PayPal. PayPal automatically uses the billing address that you have provided as the shipping address, so please make sure to update the shipping address with the correct information if necessary (click on the "change" link next to the "shipping address" section in order to enter a different shipping address). A standard $13.00 shipping fee applies to all orders. Be sure to double check the shipping address. Two Smart Cookies cannot be responsible for packages returned due to address errors. All gift boxes include cookies sealed for freshness and packaged in a decorative box tied with colorful raffia. If you would like to include a message with your gift box, you may do so by clicking on the "add" link next to the "gift options" area when checking out in PayPal. We will print the message that you enter into this area and send it with your gift box. If you need to customize an order please call 877.353.2253 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Two Smart Cookies makes every effort to package the cookies so that they will arrive unbroken, however, we cannot give a refund for broken cookies.
